Candace
Candace is an established successful legal recruiter with 30 years of staffing/placement experience. Upon graduating cum laude with an honors degree in pre-law from Emory University, Candace started out her recruiting career as a Mergers and Acquisitions paralegal at Skadden Arps Slate Meagher & Flom in New York City. She soon after joined Career Blazers where she led the company in placing legal staff into the tri state areas top law firms and in-house corporate legal departments and hedge funds. Here she was the firms most successful counselor and top biller while making the presidents club for 16/17 of her years. She is known for building life-long relationships with both clients and applicants whom she keeps in contact with regularly. She prides herself on her myriad of referrals and is known for treating each and every applicant with the utmost respect and attention. She is highly regarded in the legal placement community and is here to help place all support staff and attorney candidates seeking his/her next great career role. She has three wonderful children, loves her work and nothing makes her happier than successfully finding a candidate the perfect job.
Marc
Marc began his successful sales career at Bishop, Rosen & Co., a boutique retail and institutional brokerage firm where he was a licensed Securities broker. After B/R he moved to Josephthal & Co. so that his clients could take advantage of, and prosper from an active IPO market. He then spent the next 10 years as an OTC broker and trader before forming his own company which sourced Alternative Investments and Private Equity deals. This ultimately led to him becoming CEO of a small chain of Pawn Shops in Tampa, FL. He changed gears during the pandemic and started to work in the legal placement industry. He brings to CF Legal his great deal of sales knowledge, engaging personality and strong relationships/networking abilities. Each subsequent venture has proved more successful than the previous one, but nothing has been as fulfilling as finding the right role for his job seeker, and thus the right candidate for his client. Marc has a beautiful daughter and is an avid cyclist.
